Transfer of namR shares to the “Penalty Bench”

On May 15, 2025, namR, a specialist in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, announced the temporary transfer of its shares to the “Penalty Bench” compartment from May 16, 2025. This decision follows the delay in the publication of the 2024 annual financial report, in accordance with Articles 4.2.1 and 7.3.1 of the Euronext Growth Rules.

Euronext informed the company on May 14, 2025. The return to normal trading will occur upon publication of the 2024 annual report. The initial delay was announced on May 5, 2025, pending approval of the conciliation protocol by the Paris Economic Activities Court. namR is now working to publish its accounts as quickly as possible. A new publication date will be announced shortly.
