Transgene makes available the 2024 Universal Registration Document
On April 10, 2025, Transgene, a biotechnology company specializing in cancer immunotherapies based on viral vectors, announced the availability of its 2024 Universal Registration Document (DEU). This document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under number D.25-0243.
The 2024 DEU includes several key documents: the annual financial report, the corporate governance report, the auditors' reports, as well as information on the share buyback program and the auditors' fees. A detailed section is also devoted to Transgene's social and environmental responsibility.
