Transition of Leadership at Mister Spex SE: Dirk Graber Hands Over to Stephan Schulz-Gohritz

After sixteen years of service, Dirk Graber, founder and CEO of Mister Spex, will step down. The Supervisory Board accepted his resignation, effective July 31, 2024. Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, currently CFO, will assume the role of CEO on an interim basis starting August 1, 2024, while continuing his current responsibilities.

Chairman Tobias Krauss praised Dirk’s leadership, stating that he positioned Mister Spex uniquely in the eyewear retail space and built a strong team. The board believes the company is well-positioned for future success, with profitability and positive cash flow remaining top priorities.

Dirk expressed gratitude for the support over the years and looks forward to spending more time with his family. He will continue to support Mister Spex in an advisory role and as a loyal customer.
