Trifecta Gold Ltd. Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 24, 2024 / Trifecta Gold Ltd. (TSXV:TG)(OTCQB:TRRFF) ("Trifecta" or the "Company") has announced the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 24. All resolutions presented were approved. This includes the re-election of five incumbent Directors and the re-appointment of Baker Tilly WM LLP as Auditors.

The renewal of Trifecta's Stock Option Plan and the approval of a related party transaction with Strategic Metals Ltd. were also confirmed. This transaction allows Trifecta to acquire up to 100% of Mt. Hinton and ten other gold projects in Yukon's Tombstone Gold Belt.

Trifecta will now seek final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for this agreement and a private placement of up to $1,500,000. Further updates will be provided once available.
