TDK's Public Takeover Bid for Tronic's Microsystems
Tronic's Microsystems issued a press release on November 7, 2025, regarding a tender offer initiated by TDK Electronics AG. Tronic's shares are being offered at €5.56 per share, and the offer will be open for 10 trading days. A mandatory delisting procedure will follow this offer, transferring any untendered shares to TDK at the same price per share.
The Financial Markets Authority validated this operation by affixing visa no. 25-431 on November 6, 2025. The documents detailing the legal, financial and accounting characteristics of Tronic's have been made available to the public.
The Response Note is available on the AMF website and the Tronic's website. A notice of opening will precede the effective start of the Offer, in accordance with applicable regulations.
