Troy Minerals Inc. Expands Portfolio with Promising Rare-Earth Element Property in British Columbia
Troy Minerals Inc. has officially announced the acquisition of a new property in British Columbia, marking a significant addition to its rare-earth element (REE) exploration endeavors. Situated north of Prince George and west of Williston Lake, the fully owned and royalty-free property spans 3,924.88 hectares, featuring nine claims. This acquisition has been facilitated through staking, thus minimizing initial costs for the company.
The region has yielded highly promising results from stream sediment sampling, demonstrating strongly anomalous concentrations of REE. This, coupled with the property’s unencumbered status, provides Troy Minerals with a valuable asset and various future financing possibilities. Moreover, the property boasts excellent infrastructure and access, with existing logging roads facilitating movement to lower elevations and helicopters required for upper terrain.
Historical exploration has focused mainly on REE potential, highlighted by substantial anomalous REE concentrations in stream sediments and soils. The area, known for its muscovite pegmatite occurrences, also includes the Family Farm mine site - a historical producer of muscovite mica. Troy Minerals' strategy encompasses an initial phase of data compilation from historical efforts, followed by a field program aimed at verifying these findings and further assessing the property's REE potential.
Additionally, Troy has extended its marketing contract with i2i Marketing Group LLC and engaged Global ATS Holding AG for European marketing services, aiming to enhance the project’s visibility within the global investment community. These strategic moves underscore the company's commitment to advancing its latest acquisition and strengthening its position within the critical minerals sector. William Cronk, a qualified consultant, has reviewed and approved the technical information presented regarding the property.
