TRU Precious Metals Corp. Announces Board Appointment of Steven Agnew

TRU Precious Metals Corp. has officially appointed Steven Agnew to its Board of Directors, marking him as the third and final Board nominee from Ormonde Mining Plc, the company's largest shareholder. This addition also enhances the Board with another independent director, awaiting regulatory clearance. Agnew, a Partner at Irwin Lowy LLP, brings nearly two decades of experience in securities law, advising on matters of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. His legal education was completed at the University of Windsor, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2005, following a Bachelor of Arts from Bishop's University in 2001.
