TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG: Results of the Annual General Meeting 2024
Munich, August 30, 2024 - At today's virtual Annual General Meeting of TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG, 73.24% of the voting share capital was represented. Shareholders approved all items on the agenda with a large majority.
The Annual General Meeting elected Rödl & Partner GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Nuremberg, as auditors for the 2024 financial year. The regular term of office of Supervisory Board members Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt, Klaus Kirchberger, and Dr. Daniel Schütze ended. All three were re-elected. Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
CEO Theo Reichert expressed gratitude to shareholders for their trust and emphasized that 2024 is focused on consolidation. Relevant documents for the AGM are available on the company's website.
