TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG sells shares in Montano Real Estate GmbH
Munich, September 10, 2024 - TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG (TTL AG) has announced the sale of its shares in Montano Real Estate GmbH. The Management Board disclosed that the German commercial real estate market is not expected to recover significantly before the end of 2024.
This decision aligns with TTL's strategy to focus on its investment in Branicks Group AG, which recently underwent successful restructuring. The sale process has been conducted with existing shareholders Ramin Rabeian and Sebastian Schöberl acquiring the shares.
The company's Management Board and Supervisory Board believe that this move will strengthen TTL's financial and liquidity position, ensuring stability amid market uncertainty.
