Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Announces New Board Committee Appointments

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. disclosed significant changes in its board and committee structures on March 27, 2024. Süleyman Sözen takes the helm as Chairman of the Board, with Jorge Saenz-Azcunaga Carranza appointed as Vice Chairman.
