CMB Approves Turkiye Garanti Bankasi's Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (Garanti BBVA) received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuance in foreign markets, under its established Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. The bank plans to issue bonds in different currencies, series, and maturities as part of this initiative.

The bank obtained issuance certificates for two bonds under the GMTN program. The first bond, with ISIN XS3167412231, will be issued on August 26, 2025, and will mature on August 31, 2026. The second bond, ISIN XS3169054122, will be issued on August 28, 2025, and mature on September 1, 2026. Both bonds are valued at USD 50,000,000 each.
