Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives Approval for Bond Issuance Abroad

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to issue bonds in foreign markets as part of its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. This announcement was confirmed on October 1, 2025.

The bank's GMTN program was initially established to facilitate the issuance of borrowing instruments in various currencies, series, and maturities. Under this program, a CMB issuance certificate was granted for a bond with an International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of XS3197730610.

This bond will be issued in USD, with a nominal amount of 50 million USD. The issue date is set for October 1, 2025, with a maturity date of October 7, 2026. The Turkish version of the public disclosure document holds precedence in case of discrepancies with the English version.
