Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S., a leading Turkish bank, has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuance in foreign markets. The approval pertains to the bank's Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, initiated in 2013, to issue borrowing instruments in various currencies with different maturities.
The approved issuance includes two bonds with International Securities Identification Numbers (ISIN) XS2930020297 and XS2929970437. Both bonds will be issued on October 28, 2024, with a maturity date of October 31, 2025, and are denominated in USD. The nominal amounts for these bonds are $100 million and $150 million, respectively.
The bank affirms that all statements comply with the relevant Turkish and English communication standards.
