U-blox Appoints Helen Xu as Chief Growth Officer

u-blox, a major player in positioning and communication technologies, has named Helen Xu as its new Chief Growth Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Xu will fill the role vacated by Markus Schaefer, who is pursuing other opportunities. Her appointment brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive and semiconductor sectors, with a background in strategic leadership across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Helen Xu's past roles include Senior Vice President at Gentherm Inc., where she managed operations in Asia and led global strategic development. Additionally, she significantly advanced Infineon's Automotive division in China between 2012 and 2019. Xu holds degrees from Walsh College, Oakland University, and Kettering University, emphasizing her strong educational foundation in business and engineering.
