BlackRock reduces its stake in Ubisoft
On October 9, 2025, an official statement revealed that BlackRock Inc. had lowered its stake in Ubisoft Entertainment to 5%. The manager, on behalf of various clients and funds, now holds 6,520,883 shares, representing 4.84% of the company's capital and 4.39% of its voting rights. This move was driven by a sale of shares, both on and off the market, as well as a reduction in shares held as collateral. The shares affected include ADRs, shares under CFD derivative contracts, and shares held as collateral. Despite this decline, BlackRock retains significant influence over Ubisoft, a leader in the video game industry.
