JPMorgan Chase & Co. dépasse les 5% de droits de vote chez Ubisoft
Le 29 septembre 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. a franchi un seuil important dans ses participations chez Ubisoft Entertainment. Selon la déclaration reçue le 1er octobre 2025, la société détient désormais 6,87% du capital et 6,21% des droits de vote d'Ubisoft. Ce franchissement résulte d'une acquisition hors marché.
JP Morgan Securities plc et JP Morgan Securities LLC ont chacune joué un rôle crucial dans cette montée, détenant respectivement 8,44 millions et 667 920 actions. De plus, JPMorgan dispose de divers instruments financiers, comme des options et des obligations convertibles, qui renforcent sa position.
Ces mouvements mettent en évidence l'intérêt stratégique de JPMorgan pour Ubisoft et peut-être ses projets futurs dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo.
