Threshold Crossings at Ubisoft by BlackRock
On August 5, 2025, Ubisoft Entertainment received two declarations from New York-based BlackRock Inc. On August 1, 2025, BlackRock first crossed the 5% voting rights threshold, reaching 5.46%, with 7,946,879 shares, or 5.99% of the capital.
This increase reflects the acquisition of shares both on and off the market, and an increase in shares held as collateral. Then, on August 4, 2025, BlackRock crossed this threshold downward, retaining only 6,774,705 shares, representing 4.65% of the voting rights, or 5.11% of the capital. This decline is due to a reduction in shares held as collateral.
