UBS Group AG Crosses Threshold in INVENTIVA Capital
On August 29, 2024, UBS Group AG, based in Switzerland, informed that it had crossed downwards, on August 23, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the capital of INVENTIVA. This declaration was received by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.
This threshold crossing is explained by an off-market sale of INVENTIVA shares. Following this transaction, UBS Group AG no longer holds any shares in this company. The trading exemption applies in this case, according to article 223-13 I, 2° of the general regulation.
