UBS Group AG reduces its stake in UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT
On April 28, 2025, UBS Group AG reduced its stake in UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT. This reduction was announced by mail on April 30, 2025. UBS now holds 53,289 shares, representing 0.04% of the share capital and voting rights. This reduction is the result of an off-market share sale, resulting in a downward crossing of the 5% threshold.
The shares held are divided between UBS AG, UBS Switzerland AG, and UBS Financial Services Inc. They include "right of use over shares" and "right of use reverse convertible" contracts. The total capital of UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT consists of 130,803,074 shares with 143,604,858 voting rights.
