Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Renews Key Leadership Roles
On December 4, 2024, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE's Supervisory Board renewed the mandates of Jean-Marie Tritant as Chairman and CEO, and Fabrice Mouchel as CFO, effective immediately. These renewals are seen as a testament to the Group's solid operations, significant revenue platform progress, and ongoing deleveraging efforts amidst a challenging market.
The role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), presently held by Tritant, will be divided as part of URW's regional structure strategy. Vincent Rouget will assume the role of COO Europe from May 1, 2025, while Tritant retains oversight of the US operations. This move aims to enhance focus on regional retail asset strategies.
