UNIQA Insurance Group AG Announces 2023 Dividend
UNIQA Insurance Group AG has announced a dividend for the financial year 2023, following their 25th Annual General Meeting. The approved dividend is 57 cents per eligible share.
The dividend payment will be executed on Monday, June 17, 2024. Raiffeisen Bank International AG has been designated as the principal paying agent. Payments will be subject to a 27.5% withholding tax.
UNIQA's shares will trade ex-dividend 2023 on the Vienna Stock Exchange starting Thursday, June 13, 2024, with a record date on Friday, June 14, 2024.
