Update on the KBC Group share buyback program
KBC Group SA has published an update regarding its own share buyback program, initially announced on August 10, 2023. Between July 1, 2024 and July 5, 2024, transactions took place on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
The transactions involved a total of 458,000 shares. Average prices ranged between €66.18 and €67.05 per share, with the total price for these transactions reaching €30,508,821. Following these operations, KBC Group SA now holds 19,369,766 own shares, for a total amount of €1,188,812,062.
