Update on the KBC Group share buyback program
KBC Group SA announced the recent transactions of its own share buyback program. Between June 10 and 14, 2024, 471,000 shares were repurchased on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
On June 10, 93,000 shares were acquired for a total of 6,131,155 euros at an average price of 65.93 euros. On June 11, 95,000 shares were repurchased for 6,097,356 euros at an average of 64.18 euros. June 12 saw the purchase of 92,000 shares for 6,032,955 euros at an average of 65.58 euros.
On June 13 and 14, KBC repurchased 95,000 and 96,000 shares respectively for amounts of 6,160,076 euros and 6,145,776 euros, with average prices of 64.84 and 64.02 euros.
The total treasury shares held by KBC now reach 17,988,766, for a total value of 1,097,046,718 euros as of June 14, 2024.
