Update on the voting rights of VM MATERIAUX as of April 30, 2023

VM MATERIAUX has published its monthly information regarding voting rights as of April 30, 2023, in accordance with ART. L233-8-II of the commercial code and ART 223-16 of the AMF general regulations. The document reveals key figures on the structure of its voting rights.

As of April 30, 2023, the number of shares making up the capital amounted to 2,993,643. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 4,948,050, while the exercisable voting rights reached 4,785,184. The difference between Theoretical and exercisable voting rights can be attributed to treasury shares and double voting rights for shares held in registered form for more than two years.
