Update on Valbiotis voting rights for September 2024
Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, has announced details of its share capital and voting rights for the month of September 2024. As of September 30, Valbiotis had 15,794,596 shares comprising its share capital, with a total of 16,463,737 theoretical voting rights outstanding. Exercisable voting rights amounted to 16,435,425, after deduction of treasury shares.
The company recalls the obligation for any shareholder reaching certain holding thresholds to inform Valbiotis, pursuant to article 10.5 of its statutes. Any failure may result in the suspension of voting rights linked to the shares concerned.
