Update regarding the KBC Group share buyback program
Brussels, July 16, 2024 - KBC Group SA announced new transactions as part of its own share buyback program, initially revealed on August 10, 2023. These transactions took place between July 8, 2024 and July 12, 2024 on Euronext Brussels.
During this period, KBC repurchased a total of 466,000 shares, at prices varying between €66.00 and €68.66 per share. The total amount of these transactions amounts to €31,442,844. This transaction brings the total number of own shares held by KBC Group to 19,835,766, for a cumulative value of €1,220,254,905.
