Upright Education Partners with Northeastern State University to Boost Oklahoma's Tech Talent

Upright Education is partnering with Northeastern State University (NSU) to address the growing demand for skilled technology workers in Oklahoma. This partnership aims at enhancing workforce development in the state, focusing on cities like Tulsa and Oklahoma City where the tech industry is seeing substantial growth.

The programs, which are entirely online, are designed to equip adults with skills in software engineering, data analytics, digital marketing, and UX/UI design. The initiative includes live instruction sessions and provides access to career services, including job search assistance and one-on-one career coaching. This approach is aimed at supporting successful completion and job placement for participants.

Benny Boas, CEO of Upright Education, emphasized the significance of this partnership for the region's evolving tech landscape. Dr. Eloy A. Chavez, Dean of the College of Extended Learning and Continuing Education at NSU, also expressed enthusiasm about the collaborative commitment to empower individuals in their career development efforts.
