USU Software AG to Delist Shares from Frankfurt Stock Exchange by July 2, 2024

USU Software AG has announced that its shares will be delisted from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange effective July 2, 2024. This decision follows the approval of the company's application for revocation of its share admission to trading on the regulated market and the Prime Standard sub-segment.

USU shares will no longer be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange post this date. The company has also sought the cessation of over-the-counter trading on other German stock exchanges, including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart, as well as on the Xetra electronic trading system.

The delisting will coincide with the end of the acceptance period for NUNUS GmbH's public delisting purchase offer. Consequently, USU will no longer adhere to certain regulatory obligations, such as ad-hoc disclosures and the preparation of quarterly and half-yearly financial reports.
