UV GERMI: Combined General Meeting of June 28, 2024
UV GERMI will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday June 28, 2024 at 2 p.m. The meeting will take place at the company's head office, located ZAC de la Nau, 19240 Saint-Viance.
The prior notice of meeting and the notice convening this Meeting were published respectively on May 22 and June 12, 2024 in the BALO. The preparatory documents and regulatory information are available upon convening, in accordance with legal provisions, on the company's website.
Shareholders can consult these documents, in particular by referring to articles R. 22-10-23, L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code. Revenue for the first half of 2024 will be disclosed on July 25, 2024 after the markets close.
