VALBIOTIS: Monthly Information on Voting Rights and Shares

On December 17, 2024, VALBIOTIS published its monthly data concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital. As of November 30, 2024, the company has 15,794,596 shares issued, with 16,463,737 theoretical voting rights and 16,434,929 exercisable voting rights after deduction of treasury shares.

VALBIOTIS also reminds of the legal obligations regarding threshold crossing. Each holder of at least 5% of its capital must declare his/her participation within 4 trading days. In the event of non-compliance, the shares concerned lose their voting rights, unless regularized.
