VALBIOTIS: Monthly information on voting rights and shares in August 2024
VALBIOTIS has published its monthly report on the composition of its share capital in August 2024. This report, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, provides information on the total number of voting rights and shares.
As of August 31, 2024, VALBIOTIS' share capital is composed of 15,794,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 16,463,737, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 16,435,558 after taking into account treasury shares.
It should be recalled that VALBIOTIS imposes information obligations in the event that specific thresholds of the Company's capital are crossed. This measure, in force since May 2021, provides for sanctions for non-compliance, such as the deprivation of voting rights for excess shares.
