Valbiotis: Ordinary General Meeting of November 5, 2024
Valbiotis, a French specialist in food supplements for the prevention of metabolic disorders, is organizing an Ordinary General Meeting on November 5, 2024 in La Rochelle. Shareholders will need an admission card and an identity document to attend.
The first resolution will concern the authorization for the Board of Directors of a program to buy back its own shares within the framework of a liquidity contract. This authorization, expiring soon, should be extended to maintain the current contract.
