Valbiotis: Report on the General Meeting of April 18, 2025
On April 18, 2025, Valbiotis, a food supplement specialist, held its Combined General Meeting in La Rochelle, chaired by Sébastien Peltier. Shareholders approved the majority of resolutions, with the exception of resolutions 9 to 12. Peltier expressed his gratitude to shareholders for their significant support.
