VALBIOTIS SA: Update on voting rights and shares

On November 20, 2024, VALBIOTIS SA published a monthly update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of October 31, 2024, the company's share capital consisted of 15,794,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 16,463,737, while exercisable voting rights reached 16,433,436, after adjustment for treasury shares.

The VALBIOTIS statutes provide for specific information obligations in the event of crossing shareholding thresholds. Any acquisition representing at least 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% or 30% of the capital must be reported to the company, failing which the voting rights for the shares concerned will be null and void.
