Valeo: Declaration of voting rights in October 2025
The Valeo Group has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with legal requirements. As of October 31, 2025, the issued share capital amounted to €244,633,504, divided into the same number of shares with a par value of €1 each. The total number of theoretical voting rights reached 275,026,798, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 272,321,747. These figures reflect the company's governance structure, enabling shareholders to participate in important decisions.
