VALEO : Franchissement de seuil par JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Le 17 juillet 2025, Valeo a communiqué un franchissement de seuil concernant son capital. JP Morgan Chase & Co. a annoncé avoir réduit indirectement sa participation sous le seuil de 5 % du capital de la société, détenu à travers JP Morgan Securities LLC.
Au 11 juillet 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. possède 10 610 769 actions Valeo, soit 4,34 % du capital et 3,86 % des droits de vote. Cette diminution est due à une cession d'actions effectuée hors marché.
Parallèlement, JP Morgan Securities plc a également franchi en baisse ce seuil de manière individuelle. Valeo dénombre actuellement 244 633 504 actions correspondant à 275 025 608 droits de vote au total.
