Valeo issues €650 million in green bonds

On May 13, 2025, Valeo announced the issuance of €650 million of green bonds, maturing in May 2031. These bonds, with a coupon of 5.125%, were placed with the participation of BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, CIC, Helaba, ING and Mizuho. This transaction is part of Valeo's Green and Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework, an eco-responsible initiative.

The funds will be allocated to projects and investments focused on reducing carbon emissions, particularly through vehicle electrification. By aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050, Valeo confirms its commitment to sustainable mobility. This approach is in line with the company's CAP 50 plan, which aims to improve its ecological footprint.
