Vallourec and Vinci Immobilier Sign Sale Agreement for Déville-Lès-Rouen Site
On July 22, 2025, Vallourec announced a significant milestone in the sale of its Déville-lès-Rouen site by signing an exclusive agreement with VINCI Immobilier. The process began in 2023 with site decontamination and rehabilitation, followed by a competitive tender in September 2024. VINCI Immobilier's proposal was favored for its alignment with regional priorities.
The project aims to transform the site into a vibrant business hub, creating 300 jobs and offering facilities for local businesses. Part of the site will also be rewilded, with 25% developed into green spaces, enhancing the area's ecological value.
Vallourec and VINCI Immobilier plan to complete the site's transfer in 2026 after necessary regulatory steps. This venture marks an initiative to stimulate local economic and social development.
