Vallourec wins key contract in Brazil for the Búzios field

Vallourec announced the signing of a major contract with Allseas for the Búzios 10 project in Brazil. This offshore field, operated by Petrobras, is one of the largest in the world. Vallourec will supply 18,000 tonnes of premium carbon steel tubular solutions. An option is available for an additional 5,000 tonnes. The contract includes Pipe Navigator, a digital portal for accessing data and analytics. Production will take place at the Jeceaba plant in Brazil to maximize local content and reduce the carbon footprint.
This success strengthens Vallourec's strategic presence in Brazil. Philippe Guillemot, Chairman of Vallourec, emphasizes that this contract validates their recent investments in industrial performance and reinforces their ability to meet customer demands.
