Valneva SE Crosses Threshold
On August 29, 2024, Valneva SE received a statement from Groupe Grimaud La Corbière. The latter indicated that it had crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of Valneva SE, following a sale of shares on the market on August 26, 2024. Groupe Grimaud La Corbière now holds 6,911,941 shares, representing 4.96% of the capital and 8.41% of the voting rights.
The Grimaud family group, for its part, did not cross any threshold. As of August 26, 2024, it held 7,592,649 shares, or 5.45% of the capital and 9.26% of the voting rights of Valneva SE.
As of August 29, 2024, the Grimaud family group held 7,475,410 Valneva SE shares representing 5.37% of the capital and 9.18% of the voting rights.
