Vectron Systems AG Announces Solid First Quarter Results for 2024

Münster, 17 May 2024: Vectron Systems AG, a major provider of intelligent POS solutions and cloud services in the catering and bakery sectors, has experienced a positive start to 2024. The company announced today that its revenue for the first quarter increased by 10% year-on-year, rising from EUR 8.8 million to approximately EUR 9.7 million. Additionally, Vectron reported a 40% increase in EBITDA, from EUR 0.5 million in the previous year to now EUR 0.7 million.

The company noted significant growth in recurring sales within the reported revenue, marking a 21% increase from EUR 2.9 million to EUR 3.5 million. Despite the first quarter typically being slow, the enhanced performance and rise in recurring revenue have reaffirmed Vectron's outlook for 2024. The company remains confident in achieving its forecasted revenue of between EUR 41.0 million and EUR 45.5 million, along with an EBITDA in the range of EUR 4.0 million to EUR 6.2 million.
