Veganz Terminates License Agreement with Vitiprints LLC

Ludwigsfelde, 16.09.2024 - Veganz Group AG has announced the termination of its license agreement with Vitiprints LLC. This agreement, signed in December 2022, was focused on developing milk alternatives through the Mililk® project. The project, initiated in spring 2021, has reached production maturity due to Veganz's own development efforts.

With new formulations and technologies successfully developed, the license with Vitiprints is no longer required. Going forward, Veganz will offer its Mililk® technology for global licensing and distribution. According to the company's "Shake it - to make it!" principle, the existing Mililk® product line will continue to grow. New additions include Mililk® Drops, targeting the coffee creamer market, and products for the food service sector.

Mililk® products are currently available at retailers like dm, Rewe, Bünting, Roastmarket, and Amazon.
