Vente-unique.com: Declaration of transactions of own shares
On December 2, 2024, Vente-unique.com, a European specialist in online sales of furniture and home furnishings, announced its recent share buybacks. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transactions took place between 25 and 28 November 2024. During these days, the company acquired shares at weighted average prices varying slightly from day to day. The volumes traded included 9,407 shares at €13.55, 31 shares at €13.45, 276 shares at €13.4 and 160 shares at €13.112188.
