Vente-unique.com Declares its Transactions on Own Shares
On November 3, 2025, Vente-unique.com, a leading online retailer of furniture and home furnishings in Europe, announced the execution of share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Two transactions were reported. On October 27, 2025, Vente-unique.com repurchased 9 shares at an average price of €15.65 each. The following day, the company acquired 10 shares at the same price. These transactions took place on the ALXP market.
The group's next financial announcement is scheduled for November 13, 2025, with the publication of its revenue for the 2024-2025 financial year.
