Veolia Environnement: Report on voting rights and share capital
On December 3, 2024, Veolia Environnement provided an update on its share capital structure. This disclosure, made necessary by Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, indicates the situation as of November 30, 2024.
The total number of shares making up Veolia's share capital amounts to 740,652,608. This figure also corresponds to the number of theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 730,048,147. This difference is explained by the holding of shares deprived of voting rights, numbering 10,604,461, as of November 30, 2024.
Veolia has a statutory clause requiring the declaration of threshold crossing to reinforce legal requirements.
