Veolia's Voting Rights and Share Capital Update
On August 4, 2025, Veolia Environnement provided an update on its total number of voting rights and share capital. As of July 31, 2025, the company reported a total of 740,794,808 shares forming its share capital, with an identical number of theoretical voting rights.
The total number of voting rights that may be exercised, however, stands at 730,424,356. This figure considers the deduction of 10,370,452 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. Furthermore, a purchase of 13,141,366 shares recorded on August 1, 2025, relates to the Sequoia 2025 employee share plan and impacts the company's share future contracts.
The disclosure complies with Article L. 238-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF's general regulation.
