VEOM Group's 2024 annual results: recovery expected in 2025

VEOM Group, a major player in the Smart Home market, recorded a 19% decline in revenue in 2024 to €20.3 million, impacted by a general economic downturn. Gross margin remained stable at 42%, thanks to the optimization of the Chacon & DiO Home division's new product lines. Adjusted EBITDA stood at -€1.2 million, highlighting the impact of the decline in activity.

For 2025, VEOM expects a boost in activity, thanks to a major contract signed for the Chacon & DiO Home division and the development of new products for Cabasse Audio.

The group consumed -€1.1 million of cash in 2024, despite a significant reduction in inventories and a financing contribution via capital increases. However, the group's continued operations will depend on the success of ongoing negotiations regarding the rescheduling of its debt.
