Vergnet: Drawing of a tranche on the ATLAS Capital Markets financing
Ormes, September 6, 2024 – Vergnet, a French expert in renewable energies, has announced the drawing of tranche no. 5 of 350 Bonds Convertible into New Shares (OCA). This tranche represents a nominal value of 1,000 euros each, for a total of 350,000 euros, and will be used to finance the company's working capital requirements.
Jérôme Gacoin, CEO of Vergnet, said that this financing is part of the contract with ATLAS Capital Markets and meets a significant working capital need due to the liabilities accumulated by the company in recent years.
