Vergnet décroche un accord de distribution avec Sunman Energy et Innotec
Le 8 octobre 2025, Vergnet a annoncé un pacte de distribution exclusive en France pour les panneaux photovoltaïques souples de Sunman Energy. Ce partenariat englobe trois acteurs majeurs : Vergnet, Sunman Energy et Innotec. Les panneaux, connus pour leur légèreté et flexibilité, s'intègrent facilement aux structures à capacité réduite.
Vergnet, axée sur les énergies renouvelables, supervisera la distribution et la formation en France. Innotec contribuera à la promotion et à l'implantation en utilisant son expertise. Jérôme Gacoin, PDG de Vergnet, voit ce partenariat comme un levier pour renforcer sa position dans le domaine solaire et favoriser l'innovation.
Ce projet supporte la stratégie de croissance de Vergnet, axée sur des solutions durables et performantes pour la transition énergétique.
