Vergnet postpones the publication of its 2024 annual accounts

The Vergnet Group has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts to December 31, 2024, and its 2024 annual financial report. This decision is due to the deconsolidation process of its subsidiary Vergnet Pacific. Difficulties in obtaining accounting data from several subsidiaries, including Vergnet do Brasil, led to this measure.

The lengthy and complex deconsolidation process is causing a delay in the publication of the consolidated accounts. In addition, uncertainty persists surrounding the Vergnet Pacific safeguard procedure, which could potentially be extended by the Noumea Mixed Commercial Court.

As a result, a temporary suspension of the listing of Vergnet SA shares on Euronext is expected. The Group plans to publish the results in July and undertakes to inform the market of any developments.
